Enroll:

  1. Call the 24-Hour Phone Banking number (listed above)
  2. Select the appropriate menu item
  3. Enter your account number
  4. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
  5. Create a pin number, which will be used each time you access phone banking
  6. Begin using phone banking!

Things to Know:

  • The balance information given is current and available to use in your account.
  • You can only transfer to accounts where you are the primary account holder.  If you need to transfer to another account, you will need to call the Bank to do the transfer.
  • Your Money Market account information can be found under the Checking module.
  • Your IRA or HSA account information can be found under the Savings, Checking, or CD modules (dependent on how your account was setup)
